This reservation is for non-private dining during regular business hours for confirmed parties of 10-20 guests. A $250 deposit is collected only in case of cancellation within 48 hours prior to the event or a no-show. For larger groups or private events, contact our Events Coordinator at events@thejasminebar.com. A 20% gratuity will be added to all large party reservations. The reservation will be held for 30 minutes past the scheduled time unless delayed arrival is communicated. The Jasmine Bar reserves the right to cancel reservations if this completed form is not received within 48 hours of the reservation. This card will be used to settle the final bill.
